The Hellenic Competition Commission, in collaboration with the Department of Economics of the University of Crete, is organizing a hybrid workshop with the title "Overlapping Ownership and Competition”, on July 21, 2023. The aim of the workshop is to bring together legal experts, economists and academics to discuss many facets of overlapping ownership and their impact on competition. As overlapping ownership has been the subject of intense debate in the antitrust community in recent years, the workshop aims accordingly to provide useful insights to policymakers and stakeholders.
