At the end of each academic year (until the end of February), the Ph.D student is obliged to submit a progress report to his advisory committee. The progress report gives detailed information about the research and other academic activities of the student. In March the student has to present his progress report to his advisory committee. Please, note that failure on behalf of the student to submit and/or present  the report may result in his/her expulsion from the Ph.D Program.
